Route and stops in Georgia.
Across the road from our campsite was the lake and Stone Mtn.
Paddle boat on the lake.
Plenty of ducks too.
Judy is not afraid to cross this bridge.
Stone mountain relief carving and Dennis.
All before the laser light show.
Still before the show.
We walked to the top rather than ride the gondola--they looked very crowded.
The very top.
Again, the top but a complete picture of us.
On the way up. Judy is outside the line again!
Me too.
Friends Dottie and Terry at our site near Ellijay.
It's Carter's Lake, a Corp of Engineers campground,
and the sites are great.
Ours was full hook up with 50 amp service.
They don't even mind if you wash your rig.
This is the Nantahala River gorge.
It is beautiful and it is NOT in Georgia.
We stopped for lunch while driving through
the gorge on our way further north.
